Polystyrene (PS) plastic is a naturally transparent thermoplastic that is available as both a typical solid plastic as well in the form of a rigid foam material. PS plastic is commonly used in a variety of consumer product applications and is also particularly useful for commercial packaging.
Polystyrene (PS) for Prototype Development on CNC Machines and 3D Printers: Polystyrene is available in sheet stock, rod stock,and in various shapes. It is a great candidate for subtractive machining processes on a CNC machine. Colors are usually limited to clear, white, and black although colors can be added and it is an excellent candidate for external painting.
Polystyrene (PS) for Injection Molding:
General Purpose Polystyrene (GPPS) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) are probably the most commonly used PS resins for injection molding. GPPS is clear, but brittle (think of a CD jewel case) while HIPS is opaque and much less brittle.

Applications

1. High Impact Polystyrene(HIPS)
HIPS can be used to produce the shells of electrical household appliances, toys, automobile parts, daily necessities, etc. HIPS has excellent impact resistance, rigidity,electrical insulating property, corrosion resistance and dyeability.
2. General purpose polystyrene (GPPS)
GPPS, can be used for daily necessities, electrical appliances, instrument housings, toys, lamps, household appliances, stationery, cosmetics containers, indoor and outdoor decorations, fruit plate, optical parts (such as prism, lens) lens and molding, Lamps, telecommunications accessories, electric frequency capacitors film, high-frequency insulation materials, television sets and other containers, waveguide, chemical containers.ade is mainly used for making rotomolded products, large-sized outdoor toys, storage tanks, roadblocks, etc.

3. Expandable polystyrene (EPS)

EPS has also been used for a large number of decorative materials, film and television scene layout, character modeling, marine life jackets and buoys. In particular, large foam sheet market demand is very large, as  color steel sandwich panel, steel (board) grid composite light panels, wall outside the paste board, roof insulation boards and geothermal panels, it is more widely Used in the field of housing construction, for insulation, heat insulation, waterproof and moisture-proof materials on the ground.

We will advise you to certify the claim by third party,or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, discharging of the containeris not included. Finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
